We use the USPS only.

We typically fulfill orders within 1-2 days but we ask that you allow us up to three days to fulfill your order as order quantities vary from week to week. We are a small team of hardworking crystal lovers.

USA shipping usually takes five days or less. Please allow up to one week before reaching out to us about your package. 

International shipments may take up to one month. Once a package has left the United States, we no longer hold any responsibilty for the delivery of the package. All inquiries into lost package locations must be dealt with by the customer with his or her local post office; they are responsible for losing the package or delaying shipment. For tracked international shipping options, an extra $21 fee can be added to your order. 

Item arrived broken? Reach out to us with a picture of the damaged item and we will discuss reimbursement. This is given on a case by case basis; we don't guarantee refunds. However, we will attmept to do whatever it takes to make sure you are happy. 

For Purchases off of Google Shopping

We do not typically accept returns. Considering the Covid-19 epidemic, this is unsafe for all of us so please purchase your items with the intention of keeping them. 

If something is wrong with the item and it must be returned, we deal with that separately from Google. Reach out to us at stephen@gemsprite.com and on instagram @gemspritecrystals for immediate response. 

If an item is returned, we deduct the shipping cost (to you) as well as the return shipping costs from your refund. You will only be refunded the cost of the items. 

The item must be in the exact same condition as when it was purchased to be eligible for a refund. It must also be returned with the same packaging, including any promotional materials or gifts in the box. 

Refunds, in any case, can take up to 10 business days to reach your account.
